Libby has had a diverse and extensive career spanning the full spectrum of the healthcare industry. With a nursing background Libby has gained practical, working knowledge and awareness of the issues relating to both public and private healthcare sectors. Libby has worked within Nursecare for 3 years and is keen to provide career alternatives for nurses, and the best quality service for healthcare and corporate sectors alike.

Maree Nichols

Business Manager

Maree's background is in teaching business skills, and has transferred this into working within Nursecare for 4 years. Maree’s experience ensures efficient management of administration and finances, and of our valuable human resources – the nurses.

Jenny Tuffin

Marketing & Operations Manager – South

Jenny has been managing the southern operations of Nursecare since mid 2009. As well as leading the Hobart team’s recruitment and placement services, Jenny has combined her nursing, management, education and administrative backgrounds to provide consultancy in health service accreditation, and contributes professionally via her appointments as Surveyor with The Australian Council on Healthcare Standards, Vice President and Treasurer of Australasian Association for Quality in Health Care and Chair of Tasmanian Chapter of Royal College of Nursing Australia.

Maria Adam

Administration & Placement Coordinator – North

Maria primarily manages rostering and placement of nursing members, but also the administration tasks of the Launceston office.

Maria’s enrolled nursing background gives her an understanding of the health sector’s issues and enhances our objective of providing quality and efficient and individual service.

Pat Nyman

Administrative Assistant - North

Pat has a broad background in office administration in many varied industries and over the last few years has specialised in the taxation and accounting areas.

Pat is really enjoying learning about this industry and looking forward to being part of the team.

Martin Ryan

Office Administrator - South

Martin has a vast background in administration with the Australian Defence Forces, as well as within the business sector.

He is our newest team member, responsible for rostering and placement of nursing personnel for the southern region.

Martin’s army experience will be an asset for the daily running of our southern office, as his army experience was similarly fast paced and varied.
